The TIFF or GIF images should work fine in laser or inkjet-printed WordPerfect, Word and PowerPoint documents. These images have a white background. The logos may look a little rough on-screen, but they print fine. The logo looks large when you first import it into a document, but the print quality gets better as you scale it down (because the resolution increases as you squish the pixels together). In general, you should try the TIFF file first and use the GIF if the TIFF doesn't work for some reason.
If someone is creating a PowerPoint presentation to be shown on-screen, they will need a custom version of the logo created on their background color or pattern. We may post GIFs or TIFFs with a few different colored backgrounds on the website to address this issue.

If the TIFF and GIF files do not work for your project, you can also try these
Windows Bitmap (BMP) graphics.
Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) is best for printing houses and firms that do page layout and design. These files have Pantone colors set and the text is converted to outlines. They were saved in Adobe Illustrator 9 EPS format.
