Superb choral music has long been a part of MAPC's history. The Church Choir and Children’s Choirs play a special role in leading and enhancing worship, while the Saint Andrew Chorale provides an opportunity for members and non-members alike to present sacred choral works to the community as a part of the Saint Andrew Music Society concert series. More information about singing at MAPC can be found on the Choirs page. The 2009-2010 Liturgical Choral Music brochure can be downloaded by clicking here.
You are invited to sing at MAPC during the summer! The Summer Choir provides an opportunity for church members and friends alike to sing beautiful choral music as leaders of worship. All that is required is attending the rehearsal on the Sunday(s) for which you would like to sing. More information and a music list is found by clicking here.
MAPC’s music program is lead by Director of Music & Organist, Dr. Andrew E. Henderson, and Mary W. Huff, Associate Director of Music. A comprehensive History of the Organ and Organists at MAPC was written by Dr. John Weaver, Director of Music & Organist Emeritus.
