You have been reading about the terrible flooding in the Tobasco region of Mexico. Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) is working with the National Presbyterian Church of Mexico in responding to the flooding. Five of its presbyteries have been affected, and are operating as points of disaster relief assistance. We began receiving a relief offering on Sunday, November 4, 2007, and will continue to do so through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. You may use the special blue offering envelopes inserted in your orders of worship, or you may send a check directly to the Church Office marked “Mexico Relief.” Jesus said, “As you have done it to the least of these my brothers and sisters, you have done it to me.” (Matthew 25:40)
