Softball Team
MAPC has fielded a co-ed softball team since 2003 and is a part of a NYC Presbyterian softball league. The team consists of members and friends of all ages, experience and abilities. The season begins in April and continues through August. Games are played on Sunday afternoons, usually on one of the fields in the North Meadow of Central Park. The only stipulation is that you must be at least 13 years old to play. However, younger children have fun playing off the field, and some members make it a family outing. You do not have to commit to every game - whether you can play for most of the season or just a couple of games, you are welcome. While we enjoy the competition, it’s really all about fellowship, playing and FUN!
