We offer several opportunities for the senior members of our congregation to gather together for fellowship, study and discussion. Every 6 to 8 weeks there is a light luncheon after the 11:15 am Sunday worship service. At some luncheons we have a program, and at other times we simply enjoy conversation. The MAPC Book Club grew out of Senior Ministries (though anyone is welcome!), and meets on the third Tuesday of the month, beginning at 4 pm in the Hood Library. There is a small faith sharing and spiritual growth group that meets together with several residents of James Lenox House (JLH), on the first and third Thursdays of the month, at 1 pm in the Hupper Room at JLH. This group is also open to anyone who is interested. Occasionally there are other fellowship opportunities or programs offered. These events will be announced in the weekly Pastoral Staff Letter, posted on the MAPC website every Thursday afternoon, and also sent via e-mail.
