Wee Kids Registration
Registrations are now being accepted for Wee Kids participants ages 3 and 4, and must be received by September 14, 2011. Children who are at least 3 years of age by December 1, 2011 and not yet in Kindergarten may register for Wee Kids. PLEASE NOTE: due to space restrictions we are limiting enrollment in Wee Kids this year to 10 children on a first come, first served basis, so please send in your registration forms right away. In the event a number of applications are received at once, preference will be given to member families and current Kids’ Club families.
To enroll your child in Wee Kids program, please fill out our registration and medical forms. We must receive both forms for each child for your registration to be complete. Registration and medical information forms are here:
If you would like a registration packet with a brochure sent to you, please contact Millie Tourtelot at mat@mapc.com. Please include your name, address, and the number of registration and medical forms you would like included in your packet. Completed forms can be sent to:
