The New York Piano Trio — Sunday, March 9
On Sunday, March 9 at 3 pm, The New York Piano Trio will be performing this week’s Saint Andrew Music Society concert at Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church. Comprised of renowned chamber musicians Christopher Collins Lee, violin; Andrey Tchekmazov, cello; and Lily Friedman, piano, the New York Piano Trio has been a favorite on our weekly series for many years.
Come and hear Schubert’s “Arpeggione” Sonata for Cello & Piano, Alfred Schnittke’s Sonata for Cello & Piano (1934), and Tchaikovsky’s beloved Piano Trio in A minor, Op. 50.
Admission is by donation at the door $15 ($10 for students & seniors).
